ATHENE at the AI-Tour in Darmstadt

December 06, 2025, 12:00 pm – 03:00 pm

Location: Residenzschloss Darmstadt

The AI Tour organised by the Hessian Ministry for Digitalization and Innovation will be stopping off in Darmstadt on Saturday 6 December. Minister for Digital Affairs Prof. Dr Kristina Sinemus, TV presenter Willi Weitzel, and a host of experts will be engaging directly with members of the public.
Interactive exhibits will demonstrate how and where AI is used and encourage people to get involved. ATHENE will be there too!

At our photo booth, visitors will have the opportunity to have their photo taken. The photos can be made available digitally. We then plan to provide an insight into image organisation – using the powerful capabilities of AI-powered programming, which is now incredibly easy to use. We will demonstrate how photos can be sorted according to various criteria, based on input in everyday language. The AI demo will be rounded off by highlighting security and data protection aspects.
