About the BIOSIG specialist group
The BIOSIG specialist group is assigned to the GI e.V. security department. It is thematically dedicated to the basics, methods, techniques, processes and realisations for securing the authenticity and integrity of involved entities when using information, communication and operating systems for applications with security requirements as well as their organisational and legal framework conditions. Constructive procedures and threat analyses are dealt with. The specialist group sees itself as a technical discussion forum for scientists, developers, users and representatives of supervisory bodies and regulatory authorities in German-speaking countries for this research and application area.
